Author, artist, and educator with over 40 years of experience in emotional healing and recovery work. Certified in Project Insight: Creative Journal Expressive Arts, Lynda specializes in Creative Journal, Emotional Freedom, Inner Child, Voice Dialogue, & Vision Board methods. A Level 3 Master Instructor & longtime 12-step consultant, Lynda has worked extensively with issues including addiction, trauma, relationships, and personal transformation. She currently serves on the Project Insight® Board of Directors.
