For over 20 years, Project Insight® has pioneered programs combining expressive arts and virtual arts for military communities and families, addressing PTSD, depression, loneliness, anxiety, and chronic anxiety.

 

Our mission is to cultivate a thriving community through the Project Insight: Creative Journal Expressive Arts Institute® (PI:CJEAI) and the expressive arts methods, empowering individuals to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

 

Utilizing bilateral stimulation to engage neuropathways and brain function, these innovative therapeutic approaches have promoted mental wellness and well-being, contributing to a healthier community.
